matt@earlybird.technology reaches Matthew Hartman directly. It is the same address that answers replies to the score emails this site sends, so replying to one of those works just as well.
What to write about
- A wrong answer key.The most useful message this site receives. Quote the question and say which option you think should be credited and why — keys are fixed at the source and re-published, and attempts scored against a changed key are invalidated rather than silently re-graded.
- A broken page, or a score that did not arrive. Include the URL and roughly when it happened.
- Licensing or bulk use. If you want to use this material for a team, a bootcamp or an internal training program, ask rather than assume.
- Press and interviews. Happy to talk about how the Claude certification program works and what the exams actually test.
What not to expect
This is not a certification body. Questions about registering for an exam, rescheduling, partner eligibility, refunds or your score report have to go to the certification program itself — nobody here can see or change any of that. The exam comparison covers what is publicly known about eligibility and fees.
Replies usually come within a couple of days. This is one person and not a company with an on-call rota, so a message sent at the weekend will wait until the week.
For agents and integrations
If you are building against this site rather than writing to a human, the developer reference lists the machine-readable endpoints and the rules for using them.
