aicertificates.study is operated by Earlybird Technology LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Ohio, United States (“we”, “us”). Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Written questions can go to the address on the contact page, which is the correct route for anything about an order, a refund, or your access.
What this site is
Practice questions and written guides for third-party certification exams. Every question is original work written from the publicly published exam guides. No exam content is reproduced, recalled, or resold, and we do not want any — please do not send us any.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, Microsoft, or any certification body. Claude, the Claude certification names, and any other marks referred to belong to their owners and are used only to say which exam a set of questions prepares you for.
Practice material is preparation, not a prediction. Nothing here guarantees that you will pass any exam, and no score on this site is an official result of any kind. Exam blueprints, fees, and pass marks are set by the certification bodies and change without notice to us; where the site quotes them it is reporting what was published at the time, not making a promise.
Free material and accounts
The first practice form for each exam, and every written guide, are free and need no account. Buying full access creates an account so the purchase has somewhere to live — you are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure, and for what happens under it.
Buying full access
Full access is a one-time payment of $79 USD. It is not a subscription and it does not renew. It unlocks every paid practice set for all four Claude certifications, on this site and through the practice server described on the developers page.
Payment is handled by our reseller, who is the merchant of record for the sale and whose terms also apply to the payment itself. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and added at checkout according to where you are. We never see or store your card details.
Prices can change, but a change never affects a purchase already made.
What you may do with it
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material to prepare for exams. That is deliberately generous about studying and deliberately narrow about redistribution: you may not republish, resell, share, or post the questions or explanations, or use them to build a competing product or to train a model.
Access is for one person. If a team wants it, write to us rather than sharing a sign-in.
Refunds
Thirty days, no questions asked. The full policy, including how to ask and what happens to your access, is on the refunds page and forms part of these terms.
When access can be withdrawn
Access ends if the payment behind it is refunded or reversed — that is simply the purchase being undone, and the site says so plainly when it happens. We may also withdraw access for redistributing the material or for abusing the service, and in that case we will say why.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site up and the material current, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Questions get added, corrected, and occasionally retired as exam blueprints move; that is maintenance, not a reduction in what you bought.
Liability
The material is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a failed exam, a lost opportunity, or an exam fee. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Consumer protection rules in your own country may give you rights that a governing-law clause cannot take away, and this does not attempt to.
Changes to these terms
This page changes when the site does, and the date at the top moves with it. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly applied.
