How to ask
Write to the address on the contact page from the address you bought with, or quote the receipt you were emailed. That is the whole process — there is no form, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
How long it takes
We approve refunds within two business days. The money is returned by our payment reseller to the card or account you paid with, which usually takes a further five to ten business days depending on your bank. Any sales tax or VAT you were charged comes back with it.
What happens to your access
It ends when the refund goes through, automatically. The paid sets stop opening and the practice server stops serving them to your account. The free practice form for each exam and every written guide stay available, because they were never part of what you paid for.
Buying again later is fine and starts a fresh thirty days.
After thirty days
The window is a promise, not a limit on our judgement. If something is genuinely wrong — you were charged twice, the material was unusable, an exam was retired out from under you — write to us anyway and say what happened.
If you bought on Udemy
Udemy sells its own courses under its own refund policy, and we cannot refund a Udemy purchase because the payment never came to us. Use the refund option in your Udemy account. This page covers only what you buy directly here.
Chargebacks
Please ask us first. A chargeback takes weeks, costs us a fee whatever the outcome, and ends your access just the same — where a refund request is answered in two days. If you have already filed one and would rather resolve it directly, tell us and we will sort it out.
