One payment. One code per person.
Buy as many seats as you need, get that many one-time codes, and hand them out however you already hand things out. Nobody has to expense anything, and you never give us a list of names.
How many seats
Each seat opens the same practice sets a single purchase does — on this site and through Claude or ChatGPT.
You get one code per seat, immediately, on the page you land on after paying. Codes are yours to hand out however you already hand things out — we never ask who they went to. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch this site.
How a seat reaches a person
- You pay once, for the number of seats you want.
- You land on a page listing your codes, with a CSV to download. That is the only time the codes are shown — we store them hashed, so nobody here can read them back to you afterwards.
- You distribute them. Each person opens the redeem page, signs in, pastes their code, and has access. Codes are one-time and single-use.
We never ask who the codes went to, and we do not want to know. A code is bearer proof: whoever redeems it gets the access. That means no list of your employees on our side, and no joiners-and-leavers work on yours.
What the price is not
Seats are the same price everywhere. The regional discount on the individual purchase exists because one person in a lower-income country cannot pay the full price for a practice bank; a company buying seats for a department is not making that claim, so seats do not carry it.
There is no volume discount today either. If you want one, say so — it is a conversation, not a coupon code.
Invoices and purchase orders
This page takes a card. If your finance team needs an invoice or a PO raised first, mail the address on the contact page with the number of seats and your billing details, and it will be handled by hand. Stripe emails a receipt for every card payment, which is enough for most expense systems on its own.
If you need to undo it
The same thirty days as any other purchase — the whole policy is on refunds. A refunded order switches off every code in it, redeemed or not, so nobody keeps access you were given your money back for.
